Phase 5 · Campaign Expansion & Refinement (Week 16)
The Campaign

Campaign Title
INTWARI Z'UBUZIMA
Campaign Summary
Grounded in operational realism, this campaign embeds breast-health segments into existing Parents’ Evening meetings. Community Health Workers conduct short household visits using Kinyarwanda flip-cards and play survivor audio testimonies through basic phone speakers to work around electricity and data constraints. A central safeguard is a defined cap per screening session, intended to prevent capacity cannibalization — where a surge in screening demand could unintentionally degrade existing maternal-health services.
Public-Health Challenge
Women face both fatalism and practical barriers, including transport costs and distance, alongside the risk that a screening surge could strain existing maternal-health services.
Systems Insight
The team treats health capacity as a shared resource and proposes defined screening-session limits to protect quality of care and maintain a positive first experience for patients.
Audience & Community Context
The campaign targets rural and peri-urban women ages 30–60 through Parents’ Evening meetings, Community Health Worker visits, and low-data, basic-phone-compatible survivor audio.
